No charge will be made if 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rearrangement of appointment is given. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full fee being charged.
Home and School visits will incur a travel expense of 60p per mile in the current tax year. If liaison and therefore attendance is required at specialist center or educational establishment, this will incur a fee charged at an hourly rate. This is also the case for Physiotherapy Report writing.
Payment may be made by BACS, card, cheque, or cash.
